"Philatelic Museum Tegami-dera x Last Letter Event" January 18 (Saturday) & January 19 (Sunday), 2020
Held within the Philatelic Museum.

The General Incorporated Association Tegami-dera held an event in collaboration with the movie "Last Letter," offering the experience of writing "a letter to that person" or "a letter to be delivered one year later."

We value the time spent communicating with loved ones through letters.
Writing a letter means imagining the person you're writing to, confronting that person within yourself, and spending time with those thoughts. We're developing activities to convey feelings to "that person" across time and space.

You can write letters that can't actually be sent, then put them into a mailbox during the workshop. These letters will then be "cremated" (otakiage) at Tegami-dera, sending your feelings to "that person."
Many people from diverse backgrounds wrote down their precious memories. Thank you very much!
